The Expensive Jewel

I was in this small and pretty village in the middle of the forest with my Companion Yabué,
aldric-cheylan.deviantart.com/… who was away, again, for a moment.
“I need to go for a while, won't be long.”, he said. Right, I know you dear.

Anyway, I came to this village to sell stuff because I found a very beautiful jewel that might
cost a lot, and since I needed money I thought I could sell it for a good price. So I went to a
merchant and asked to sell it. The man looked up at me, raising an eyebrow, and said, “Are
you kidding? I think you're asking a bit too much for it and I would never pay that much for
such a thing!”. 

Whaaat? But this was so pretty and the gemstone looked rare. It was made of gold and had
a very beautiful red stone in the middle. I thought this man would have liked to buy it to
resell it maybe more expensive. But then he was still looking at me and said, “If you can do
something interesting that can impress me, if you show me you worth it, then I could
eventually change my mind about buying this jewel.”

I thought about it and started to dance in front of the counter, the man watching me closely.
He couldn’t take off his eyes of me, I saw it and was smiling. But then he finally said, “Well,
that's not too bad, though it's not impressive. I already saw many ladies dancing like you do.”,
so I decided to add spice to this dance and did some flexible moves that attracted the
merchant's attention. “Oooooh!”, exclaimed the man, “That's a sort of dance I never saw
before! It looks nice.”

I kept on for two minutes long and then started to turn this dance into something way more
flexible, doing some very amazing things with my back. I would even rotate my spine so my
chest would be in alignment with my butt and would grab it to better rotate. Then the
merchant's eyes would open more and more to become so wide. He looked so amazed by
those moves I was doing. And to end this beautiful limber dance I was performing, I put my
chest on the counter, sit on my own back and put my feet in front of me, resting my hands
on them to stay in this pose for a moment. 

“Who are you? That looks so amazing! I can't... Is this even possible to be that flexible?
I didn't know... can you... do it one more time, please?” That's what the merchant asked for
and then I suddenly had a great idea and told him, “Sure, only if you buy me this jewel and
give me money for this dance.” I smiled and he said yes without even thinking nor hesitating.
I was so surprised that I did the dance one more time and he asked me to do it again and
again. 

After two hours spent in this shop, I finally sold my jewel and even earned a lot more money
thanks to my wonderful skills. Thanks to that man I'm now rich! Ha ha ha! I'll surely come
here again to sell more stuff, that's for sure!
