I'm very happy cause ~DreamIsNotLife and I made a collab !
She did the wonderful colouring and I did the line art.
This is Adonis Aho, my character with a very sad and tragic story.
Please, if you don't know this character yet, read this before
reading the following story. Because if you don't you won't
understand anything about it. You won't know who is Antonin and
won't understand my text. I say that just for you. So here is

Now, let's go reading !
It was time for Adonis to go to work. He wished a good evening
to his beloved grand mother and left the house. It was warm
outside and the breeze was nice. Adonis was not late so he took
his time to enjoy this soft weather. He arrived at the bar, “The
Waspies”, around nine. His boss welcomed him with a huge smile,
as usual.
“Adonis ! How are you today ? School wasn’t too boring ?”
“I’m fine, thank you boss. Were you waiting for me ?”
“Me, not really, but this guy over there...”
The boss made a sign of the head and showed the table to
Adonis who recognized the person instantly. This ash blond hair
was Antonin’s. Even with his blindness he was able to recognize
him.
“Why is he here ?” whispered Adonis to his boss.
“I don’t know”, he answered with a shoulder movement, “maybe
he came to see you.”
“Ha ha, very funny boss...”
Adonis went to the backroom to change his clothes and put on his
red corset. He stepped out and came to welcome the customers.
Then he had to go to this table.
“Good evening. Can I serve you a drink ?”
“Oh Adonis, I was waiting for you ! How are you ? I didn't see you
these last four days at the university. Were you absent ?”
“Can I serve you a drink ? Or maybe you would prefer a host ?”
“Could you stop ignoring my questions please. You always do
that. It makes me a bit sad.”
“So you would probably prefer a host then.”
“Adonis...”
A very tall man entered the bar, speaking loudly on the phone.
Adonis knew this voice and turned around the moment he heard the man.
“Uncle Jim !”, Adonis exclaimed.
“Adonis ?”
The tall man ran to his nephew and took him in his arms, hugging
him tight.
“I’m so happy to see you ! What are you doing here ? Don’t tell
me you’re working for this old man ?!”, he asked laughing, looking
at the bartender.
The boss and Jim were two very good friends. It’s been a while
since Jim did not come to visit him. He finally found the time to and
decided to go this evening.
“How are you kid ? Tell me, you’ve become taller. So you’re
working here now ? And what about school ?”
“I’m going to the university but have a half-time job at the
Waspies. Since I love wearing corsets the boss hired me for my
very small waist and ability to please a lot to people. He told me
his bar has never been so full. And since I got the smallest waist
it attracts a lot of persons too. I’m of a great help the boss told
me.”
“You’re not only of a great help Adonis”, the boss said, “you are
also a very nice person with a lot of charm. That’s why I hired
you.”
“You’re eavesdropping now ?”, Jim said with a broad smile.
“Take a sit Jim”, said the boss, “I’ll serve you something.”
“Adonis ?”
A small voice coming from behind was calling for Adonis who
turned around.
“I’m so sorry. It’s just I didn’t see my uncle in such a while that I...
Would you like something to drink ?”
“Yes please...”, answered Antonin.
“Who’s that guy ? Hey, you’re quite good looking. Would you
beco...”, Adonis did not let his uncle finish the sentence.
“Uncle Jim ! I’m sorry, he says weird things sometimes.”
“That’s okay. I’d like a Gin Tonic please.”
“I’m bringing it.”
Adonis left to prepare the drink. Jim sat in front of Antonin.
“So, you’re one of Adonis’ friends ?”
“Yup. But he... never dares to talk to me...”
“Adonis doesn’t really show his emotions.”
“Yeah, I know that. I’ve noticed. But I know he has emotions. I
mean, I can see them.”
Jim was looking at this ash blondy, frowning a bit. He was
thinking. Then he said,
“I’m going to work as a photograph in that town and I’m looking
for models. Would you be interested in it ? I pay forty five euros
per hour.”
Antonin’s eyebrows raised when he heard the price.
“That’s not nothing ! Well... I’d be interested yeah.”
“That’s so great ! Here is my card. Phone me if you’d like to work
for me and we’ll discuss about the days and hours.”
Adonis came to give the drink to Antonin. He put the glass in front
of him and went back to the bar to take other orders.
The night was flying away quite fast and it was already time for
Adonis to go back home. He undressed in the backroom and put
on his casual clothes. He said good night to his boss before
leaving the bar. Antonin was still there talking with Jim.
“Uncle Jim ?”, Adonis called.
“I’m coming !”
“Well, that was a pleasure to meet you “mister Jim” !”
“Simply Jim,” he replied with a smile. “And it was a pleasure to
meet you too.”
Antonin waved his hand saying good bye to Adonis who almost
ignored him. Then Jim accompanied Adonis to his grand mother’s
house.
“This guy seems to really like you,” Jim said, smiling to Adonis.
“I know...”
“That doesn’t seem to please you though.”
“No because I don’t know him and he always tries to talk to me
while I don’t want to.”
“Or maybe you just don’t want him to become too close to you
because you’re afraid he could be able to see your real feelings.”
Adonis did not know what to reply to this and just stayed mute.
The two men walked to the house in silence. Jim kissed his
nephew and wished him a good night.
“Hope to see you soon Adonis. I enjoyed this evening very much.”
“I’m glad I could see you today.”
“Oh, Adonis, before leaving, I’d like to ask you if you would be
interested to work with me.”
“As a model ?”
“Yes.”
“What’s the price ?”
“forty five euros.”
Adonis raised his eyebrows, as surprised as Antonin was.
“Well, I’d love to !”
“That’s great !”, said Jim with a large smile. “We’ll talk about that
in two days, I’ll return to the Waspies to see a friend. I’m glad you

The door closed softly as it had been opened and Adonis came to
bed, falling asleep very quickly, dreaming of what Jim would ask
him for the photo shoot.

It has somehow this twilight gloom feeling on an artistic way and it gives an extra to the atmosphere and the art itself. Great work both of you! )

I was looking for some twists on the internet but can't find any... I'm a bit sad because I watched a video of Zlata doing incredible twists and her husband was helping her. She was sitting on a kind of chair that can turn around. Her feet are locked and can't move so there is only her chest that turns. That was very impressive but I can't find it anywhere now.
Oh and, glad you think this drawing is nice.
For what this person is doing, it would literally twist their actual spine, which the spine is not meant to do @_@
And after all, this is only a drawing from my imagination, so if this twist seems very extreme it looks believable on the drawing, even if it would demand years of training for real.
The spine is not meant to twist naturally that way, I do agree with that. But it can be trained to be more flexible.
The thing I wanted to show here is not the fact that it is impressive or extreme, I wanted to show the beauty of contortion. That's what I do with my entire gallery in fact.
To me contortion had always been something relaxing, whether it is a twist, a split, a backbend or a frontbend. Even waist cinching is relaxing to me in a way. And I don't say this like that. I practice contortion so I know what it means. ^.^ I also practice a bit waist cinching and find the pressure on the belly very agreeable and very special. That might sounds weird for persons who are not used to it but look, if everybody on this planet had a very small waist, don't you think persons with normal waists would be considered as unusual or weird ? I think contortion or waist cinching or even twist disturb people because they are not use to it.
I've just never seen this sort of contortion done so extreme, so I couldn't figure out in my mind if it was correctly drawn or not (Which was my main wonder lol)

There are people who will surely find this pose unnatural at first, but if we forget for a second about what's natural or unnatural, only true beauty remains in this pose. It may be unearthly but it is so very lovely and charming! <3 It is very soft-looking and shows the character in a very relaxed way, it really emphasizes his softness and, no matter how far he's twisted, he looks absolutely graceful!! *-*
The story really paints a picture of Adonis' very small waist so vividly, and of course you already have drawn him in a blue corset but the story sounds like he managed to get an even smaller waist since then ^^ It sure must look beautiful to no end and very breathtaking just to look at him, and no wonder their bar has so many clients! Just by reading the story, so many images come to mind! XD
The story is not directly attached to the drawing, but it works as a great addition to it, it really makes the character so alive that you just want to give him a hug XD Of course, he won't allow that, but that's beyond the point... His friend Antonin also seems like a very charming character and it sounds like he has an extremely attractive hair because everybody keep staring at it XD Or maybe it's just a personal impression ^.^;; But it sounds like Antonin is very cute and matches the beauty of Adonis, or else Uncle Jim wouldn't want to hire him, lol ^u^
Either way, the story is not only making Adonis very lively but also gives a hint that perhaps the illustration shows what's going to happen during the mentioned photo shooting. Well, of course it's an illustration about the photo shooting, what else? XD Getting a bit old and slow here...
But then there's a natural question how did Adonis become so flexible? XD It seemingly wasn't mentioned in any of the stories you linked that he was flexible but perhaps he's not a general contortionist and he only does twisting and nothing else. Maybe it's an exercise that his grandmother taught to him to help him greatly with the corsetry practice? Now to think of it, torso rotation can be indeed the ideal exercise to support waist cinching. It doesn't stretch the spine to be bendy like backbends or frontbends do, but it does give an internal massage to the spinal discs and the ribcage (because the ribcage has to stretch significantly during a twist), it makes the ribcage more adaptive to deformation and the skin and internal organs become more stretchy the more the body turns, so twisting is a simply ideal practice to improve the waist's softness and thinness! :3 Maybe after figuring it out, Adonis took a lot of time in evenings to sit in his chair in the twisted position and soon he learn to easily go for 180 degrees and could push himself even more when he wanted. So twisting is actually an absolutely beautiful and the most fitting idea for Adonis, and it's (once again) accompanied with such a wonderful illustration! ^-^
Just can't stop looking at it and finding more and more beauty in it ^.^ Thank you so much once again for your beautiful art that inspires so many interesting thoughts!! ^_^ <3 And of course to ~DreamIsNotLife because it's her coloring that really added so much beauty and life to this work! ^-^ <3
(Also forgot to mention that the story was very interesting to read, at first it seemed visually to be long, but after finishing it it seemed too short! XD Really hoping that you'd write the next part about the photoshooting too, sometime. It is also very nice that it happens in our days and it really gives an impression of a real place that exists somewhere. Also the atmosphere is really nice, it's not dense and there's a lot of air between the characters, they're just being easy-going and not squeezing the juices out of each other, so to speak XD And it's not stylized to be a western saloon or a fantasy tavern, it's just a bar somewhere in a city and that's what makes it specially intriguing ^-^)
First of all, I really want to thank you a lot for your comment about this collab. I was so happy to read it and to know you enjoyed it that much.
I enjoyed a lot doing the line art and did my best to do something as beautiful as I could so ~DreamIsNotLife would enjoy doing the colouring. I was very happy to do this collab because I always loved her colouring style. It is very smooth and soft and makes my line arts so vivid and lively. I really love it !
It really makes me very happy you say that about the pose because yes, some people found it weird and absolutely not natural at all. But I don't really care if that's almost impossible to do. I'm sure some very talented contortionists are quite able to do that. And if people don't like, I don't really mind, I did it for ~DreamIsNotLife and for friends like you who appreciate my art the way it is.
I'm so very happy you appreciated reading the story ! :3 I enjoyed a lot writing it and imagining it while writing.
At the beginning the bar was not called The Waspies, it was called The Beauties. People were going to The Beauties to drink and have some fun, or simply relax. But when the bartender saw Adonis in his bar he immediately asked him if he was looking for a job and hired him as a host/waiter. Then he found that Adonis had a very nice body and noticed he had a quite small waist. He had to wear special clothes for the bar and the boss noticed he could wear very tight clothes very beautifully. Then he guessed Adonis liked corsets and gave a whole new concept to his bar thanks to the young man. Then he asked to all his waiters and hosts to wear corsets. But of course Adonis was the only one able to wear very tight corsets. So he became the star of the bar and the boss was so thankful to him and so proud of him that Adonis became his favourite. Now they have a relation that I could qualify of friendly. They're not really friends because the boss is way older but they really get along well. That was a little aside about the story of that bar. ^-^
About the story I wrote, I did not really linked it directly to the illustration yes, but did it at the very end, saying Adonis was dreaming of his uncle's shooting and the poses he would do for Jim. So the reader can imagine the illustration is one of Adonis' dream. I don't know if that's obvious in the story, I don't think it is but I found that to link it to the drawing.
That's funny you say that Antonin must have nice hair because I drew him two days ago and made him a nice haircut. ^-^ So your impression is good. ^-^ And I hope you'll enjoy the drawing. ^.^
Yes, it can be interpreted as the illustration of the future shooting or Adonis' dream, like I said above. Oh and about the shooting, Jim really wants Antonin to work for him because he finds him very attractive and also, I didn't say that in the story but, he finds that him and Adonis are going along very well. Antonin is blond and Adonis as very dark hair. Also Antonin is like the opposite of Adonis and Jim likes it a lot. He also noticed that Antonin was very attracted by Adonis but can't say it directly. Si Jim thought of hiring Antonin and Adonis but without telling them. So for the shooting they would be together and would not really have the choice to work together. That's a way to make them become closer. Jim is one of the rare characters able to see Adonis' real feelings. The grand mother also sees everything Adonis tries to hide. She already knows Adonis has feelings for Antonin but he always avoid the subject.
Ha ha ! ^-^ Yeah, Adonis' flexibility. Well, he wears corsets and he found out that he was quite flexible. I don't know if you remember but he's pretty good at splits. He also like to do some soft backbends and is better at frontbends. But of course the thing he loves the most is the art of corsetry. His grand mother helps him to put on his corsets and also trains him to twist. That's a way to improve his spine flexibility and even strengthen it. So his corsets never hurt him. And as you said it also makes the ribcage more adaptive to deformation and makes the skin and organs more stretchy. But Adonis does twists only for his grand mother and for relaxing. And Jim managed to convince him to do a twist for a photo shoot.
Anyway, I am really really thankful Yuni for your so sweet words about that illustration. This makes me so happy you liked it and found the story interesting. Thank you so much !
And it's a very good side story of the bar! The bar keeper seems like a very nice person and the fact that he noticed Adonis' small waist shows that he also enjoys corsetry, so they both have a lot in common with Adonis and must understand each other very well ^^ Doesn't matter if he's older, because older people are useful as they have a lot of life experience and wisdom. What would we do if everyone was young and stupid? Bet they have a lot to talk about with Adonis after work :3 Especially because Adonis is quite used to talking with older people, his grandmother being the only one to talk with him for a long time, and he doesn't have many friends (or maybe none except Antonin) among youths, so he's not used to what the youths think is cool and so on, he doesn't have to act stupid just to entertain other youths around him etc.
Oh, and really can't wait to see your drawing of Antonin ^-^
And yes there's a picture in your gallery of Adonis doing (almost) the split, but it's quite old, so by the way it's really cool that you revived this character! He is a very beautiful character and this new picture of him is really wonderful. It's really great that you brought him back into focus, so to speak! ^.^ And practicing waist cinching and twists is the most wonderful combination in the world, lol. But seriously, it's very awesome. Stretching also helps the person to not feel depressed, which is good for Adonis, so his grandmother probably made him sit with a twisted torso for a long time, so he'd feel refreshed and would stop being depressed. When the body is being stretched, it's very difficult to feel sad or depressed at the same time. But of course twists are also very good for corsetry and probably made Adonis' torso so very soft that he can easily wear very tight corsets without any pain, as you mentioned :3

Yes, this is an old drawing of Adonis doing almost the split. I really wanted to draw him again because he is a dear character to me. Also my friend ~DreamIsNotLife loves this character and wanted me to draw him again. So I did. ^-^ And I thank her for asking to me to redraw Adonis.
Yes, stretching, twisting, helps Adonis to get better and forget his sadness. But now he feels less and less depressed thanks to his grand mother, his boss at the bar, who is more a father than a boss in fact, his uncle Jim and also thanks to Antonin.

Haha, just made me think of a possible lovely moment for his story, that so far only Adonis and the bartender could do, but in the future maybe Adonis would ask Antonin to do it. It could be like this:
It was one of these days when Adonis felt unhappy for some reason, the bartender could feel his mood very well from how he served the clients and how he walked to the bar and stayed there in sadness with an empty look in his eyes. After closing The Waspies in the evening, the bartender went to the room behind the sign "personnel only", sit in the large comfortable chair and waited for Adonis. The young man entered the room to take off his waist cincher, change his clothes and prepare to go home. They talked a bit about nothing special while Adonis was unlacing his corset. When Adonis was finally topless and reached for his t-shirt, the bartender stopped him:

Adonis went to the chair, turned his back to the bartender and sat in the little space between the bartender's legs. The bartender put his hands on Adonis' shoulders and began to give the young man a massage. It felt so very nice after a whole day of work! The bartender moved his hands lower and rubbed his palms very slowly against the surface of Adonis' ribcage and finally stopped at the level of his waist. The man's hands continued to massage Adonis' waist and ribcage, burying the fingers deep into his waist, stomach and under the ribcage, grasping the lower ribs and trying to bury the fingers as deep under the ribcage as possible. Adonis almost moaned in pleasure, he sucked in his stomach to let the fingers bury deeper under his lower ribs, it felt so amazing that he forgot what he was so sad about today.
Several minutes passed and Adonis felt completely happy, even though he knew it was only half of his favorite massage. Without standing up or even moving his hips, Adonis twisted his flexible torso clockwise and hugged the bartender around the neck in happiness. The bartender hugged him very tight which twisted Adonis' torso by full 180 degrees and Adonis only gave out a pleased sigh. The bartender continued to massage his back and the tense folds of skin around the twisted section of his torso. Adonis felt so great that it sent him to another world, this massage was making him feel reborn and he only kept hugging the man, hoping that it would last for longer. The bartender didn't mind at all and he kept massaging Adonis until the young man himself felt that it was enough and he couldn't get any happier already. Adonis just sighed of joy and stood up of the chair, completely refreshed.
"How did you like it, my boy?"
"Oh my, boss, you should be a chiropractor, not a bartender," Adonis smiled to him, which was a rare expression on his face.
"Haha, thank you! But then I'm afraid you'd be my only client."
"Oh, why is that?"
"Anyone else would need an ambulance after such intense massage!! But seriously, I'd rather do it only for you."
"Aww... you made me feel so good today, boss, thank you so much for that!"
"No problem, boy. Promise that tomorrow you'll put a nice smile on your face for our clients."
"Oh, sure! I better be going now, grandmother will be worried, it's getting late..."
